UPPER ARTS 25 showcases the art-making and conceptual concerns of a group of emerging artists from the Singleton LGA community. This senior school exhibition at the Singleton Arts + Cultural Centre is an annual event that offers an interesting glimpse into the hearts and minds of young Singleton creatives.

Singleton Arts and Cultural Centre is part of Singleton Council, and is supported with funding from the NSW Government.
